New to TRE®? This package is just for you! Some people find it takes several sessions to “wake up” their body’s natural tremoring mechanism. For that reason, I encourage to to try TRE® at least three times before deciding if it’s for you or not. Classes are taught 3x/week (1 online and 2 in-person in Las Vegas) and you can mix-and-match which ones you attend.
