Dorothea’s Bio

Writer/performer Dorothea Deley performed her last solo show, JESUS LOVES YOU! (BUT HATES ME) across the West, from an Atheist conference in Salt Lake City to a Baptist church in Denver. A seasoned storyteller, she’s performed at the City of Las Vegas’ StorySLAM and Around the Campfire in Las Vegas, as well as Harvest of Voices in western Colorado and Flappers Comedy Club in Burbank, CA.

Dorothea co-founded the improv/sketch comedy group, Cardio Spider, which the Neon Museum awarded its Spring 2017 Performing Artists-in-Residence. She also performed on the original improv house teams for Vegas Theatre Hub and ComedySportz Las Vegas.

When she’s not onstage, Dorothea helps people relieve stress, build resilience, and heal trauma by teaching TRE® classes and “Calm the ‘F’ Down” workshops in northwest Las Vegas.
